After touring the New Belgium brewery, we went to Runza for lunch. The first and last time we'd eaten at Runza was in 2010, when we drove through Nebraska. At that time, we'd eaten hamburgers, only realizing later that there is a specific signature product you're supposed to eat, a sort of meat-bread pocket that has its origins in eastern Europe. So we met our friend Emily there, and ate actual Runzas. Yummy.
